Wild boar salami

The wild boar salami is a classic sausage taste tasty and persistent, very good to taste paired with Tuscan unsalted bread and still red wine. For the preparation of salami are employed the best wild boar meat thoroughly cleaned of all fat present and finely ground. To these is added, in a lower amounts, pork bacon to make the dough softer and milder flavor.
