Large mixed salad

The salad is a typical summer dish, particularly suitable for those on a diet regime. And rich in nutrients: ensures adequate intake of vitamins, minerals, fiber and contains virtually no fat. All leafy green salads contain B vitamins while the content of vitamin C, PP and provitamin A varies depending on the type of salad: endive and chicory are particularly rich in precursors of vitamin A and vitamin C, less in lettuce and escarole.
